Transform IT

Overview

Transform IT is a BQA-accredited consulting firm based in Gaborone, Botswana, offering everything from ICT infrastructure management to corporate governance and skills development. They had built a real business — 35+ clients across mining, financial services, and government — on the back of genuine expertise. Their website reflected none of it. Outdated visually, weak on structure, and absent of any conversion logic, it was actively working against them. Decision-makers landing on the site had no clear reason to stay, let alone reach out. The gap between what Transform IT could do and what their site communicated had become a business problem.

Approach

We started with the audience, not the aesthetic. Transform IT's buyers are CEOs, CIOs, and IT managers — people who decide fast and tolerate vagueness poorly. That shaped every structural call we made.

Content hierarchy came first. Nine service lines needed to be scannable and distinct without flattening into a laundry list. We built each service page around the client's problem, not the company's process — a deliberate inversion that changes how quickly trust forms.

For the design, we worked within Transform IT's existing teal and coral palette but tightened its application. Consistency over novelty. The visual language needed to signal maturity, not reinvention.

We chose a CMS-backed architecture so the team could publish independently — critical for a firm whose thought leadership content is a real differentiator. SEO structure was embedded from the first build, not retrofitted. Mobile-first was non-negotiable given the market.

Outcome

Transform IT now has a site that does the work their reputation was doing alone before. The service offering is clear at a glance. CTAs are present without being desperate.
